Our last day in school is Wednesday June 18th and we will have our All School Picnic at Felida Park Thursday June 19th from 10-1 for morning and afternoon classes. The Little Acorn Staff will be cooking hot dogs and there is a signup sheet out for items to bring to share. I love the all school picnics! It’s nice to see the Little Acorn Community all together!
Lost and Found
There is a lost and found table located by the preschool office, please
check to see if any of these items are yours.
If they are not picked up, they will be donated to The Share House.
Afternoon Classes
The Afternoon Class Graduation will start at 1:30 on Tuesday, with refreshments
and slideshow to follow. The drop off
time is still 12:30 on Tuesday but after Graduation and the slideshow your
child is free to leave with you. Please
turn in your All About Me Poster on Tuesday if you haven’t done that yet. Regular class schedule on Wednesday for
afternoon class.
This week in the
Dragonfly Class
This week in the Dragonfly Class we will read Home For Hermit Crab. This fits perfectly with our situation as we
prepare to move on to new classrooms next school year. The crab in the story decorates his shell and
makes new friends. He outgrows his shell
and realizes he needs to go to a bigger shell so he leaves his shell for a
smaller crab. We will also be visiting classrooms for next year as we talk
about moving on. Important Dates
