Jambberry Fundraiser
Kari Newell (aka Ivy’s Mom) is holding a fundraiser for Little Acorn through Jamberry. She will be donating 25% of the sales to Little Acorn PLUS those sales will help earn free product that will be donted to the Auction in March to raise even more money for our fabulous school.  By making a purchase you are actually giving twice!  Please check your child’s cubby on Tuesday January 20 for a flyer!  The sale will run from today until January 30th!  A table will be set up in the lobby of Little Acorn on Tuesday January 27th at 11:45 so come early to pick up your kiddos and stop by for a demo, free sample or to buy some wraps from the inventory that she will have on hand!

Bring a Bear to School
We invite your child to bring their Teddy Bears on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.  We will have a Teddy Bear picnic to start our Bear Adventure out!

Classroom Bears UPDATE The Bears will start going home next week
We will have classroom bears that will be going home with the children. During this week the bears will be hanging out in our class and starting next week the bears will go home with the children for one week at a time.  We will draw names and go in that order.  The bear comes with a journal which we will start in class and then you can document your week with the bear.  At the end of the year these journal pages will be placed in their portfolio.

We try to play outside unless it is raining and even with the colder weather we will play outside, so please send hats and mittens/gloves with your child if possible.  :)
